Hosted IVR with Remoting

NodeMax Hosted IVR with Remoting allows you to build more advanced IVR applications utilising the local database in your office or at your data center. The Telephony resources are at the NodeMax Data Center and the although the IVR application runs at our data center sensative SQL data requests can run at your office over an encrypted signalling link.

Some companies prefer this method as they can use their own database in-house, are more comfortable with their customers credit card details being on their own servers and all NodeMax provide is the Telephony resources and switches. No data is stored on the Nodemax servers other than voice prompts and the signalling link is encrypted over SSL.
