NodeMax provides different types of phone numbers from many countries. Those numbers are reachable from the PSTN and Nodemax forwards the calls from the PSTN to its customers to IP end-points, PSTN networks (Landline or Mobiles) or Hosted NodeMax Speech IVR Switches.

0800 Freephone Numbers

0800 numbers can be diverted to landline or mobiles. All packages include inclusive minutes, if most of your calls divert to mobiles choose a mobile package or if most of your calls go to landline choose the landline package.

Freephone Numbers are a useful method for boosting sales. A recent study found that using 0800 numbers can boost sales by up to 300 percent.

0800 Freephone numbers are clearly the number of choice if you value your customers highly.

Removing the need for customers to pay to call you sends a powerful message. Customers are able to call you at no cost from throughout the UK from most fixed lines.

03 Numbers - Inbound Call Solutions


03 numbers can be diverted to landline or mobiles. All packages include inclusive minutes, if most of your calls divert to mobiles choose a mobile package or if most of your calls go to landline choose the landline package.

030 Numbers
This range is reserved for use by government bodies and not for profit organisations such as councils and charities. We have a good range including special memorable numbers to choose from.

0333 Numbers
These are for anybody to use and are charged at National rate. They are popular with marketing companies and and businesses of any size.

0345 Numbers
These are a sensible replacement for 0845 numbers. They are charged at standard geographic rates but importantly they are callable from mobile phones at no extra cost unlike their 08 predecessors. Often 03 numbers are included in mobile inclusive minute packages.

0370 Numbers
Brought in as a replacement for 0870. As with 0345 these are phoneable from mobile phones and are always chargeable at National rate.

NodeVox IVR Builder


NodeMax are able to provide both Hosted IVR and Hosted IVR with Remoting to enable you to run SQL and other sensitive applications at your offices.

When publishing your IVR application choose between "Hosted IVR" or "Hosted IVR with Remoting". In both cases Voice prompts are published including the XML to our multiple hosted IVR switches, in the case of Hosted IVR with Remoting the remoting modules would be run on your remoting server at your office and would not be published to our IVR switches. No Telephony hardware is required for either version, the Telephony hardware is provided by our centrally Hosted IVR switches.

NodeMax provide easy to use IVR builder client software enabling you to build IVR applications in-house and publish your IVR application to our hosted IVR switches around the World at the click of a button, not only does the IVR application get published, the Voice files do too.
